2. Product Information
We offer high-quality spot carpet cleaners, designed to remove stains from your fabrics effectively.
3. Ordering Process
We accept payments via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Orders can be canceled by emailing support@ryerstore.co.uk before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We ship using DPD next day delivery. Orders placed by 14:00 will typically be delivered the next business day to mainland UK. We do not ship to the Channel Islands.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy because we trust our products. Items must be returned in good condition, without excessive use, within the 30-day period for a full refund.
6. Warranty
Our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover Consumable Parts after the first 3 months or Functional Parts after the Standard Guarantee. Exclusions apply for defects arising from misuse, wear and tear, and other specified conditions.
7. Liability
RYER Global LTD's liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
